DigiVision image enhancement technologies are being used in a
wide variety of military and law enforcement applications. Numerous
military and law-enforcement organizations are using DigiVision
technology for target acquisition, ROV, surveillance, FLIR/night
vision, battlefield targeting and damage assessment. DigiVision
has standalone systems, board level systems and has the DV1000
ASIC with our patented image enhancement technology being used
in ground-force, VAVs and other military equipment.
DigiVision, Inc. has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement
with Pixon
LLC to develop a real-time implementation of the Pixon Method
in hardware. The combination of DigiVision and the Pixon Method
brings additional capabilities to this market, including a 4X
reduction in noise and a 2X increase in resolution simultaneously.
Objects previously unseen will be visible with a higher signal-to-noise
ratios, improving the ability to identify and track targets. This
technology dramatically increases image enhancement in both infrared
and visible light.
The patented Pixon Method is the only technology that deblurs
and significantly improves resolution while suppressing noise
rather than amplifying it. Both DigiVision and Pixon are working
together with NASA
and SPAWAR
to introduce PixonVision, a real-time hardware solution, into
the military environment.
