DigiVision Technology implements very-large-kernel “impedance-matching” algorithms on data in electronic hardware at real-time video rates.

This technology produces the first truly real-time large kernel video
enhancement. The enhancement operations include such elements as
masking and adaptive filtration (traditionally viewed as a convolution
operation), wherein the transformation of each point in the image is
dependent on the data in its own surrounding image neighborhood, as
specified by the convolution kernel. The adjustable kernel is two-dimensionally symmetric, and may be up to 10% of the screen width in size.

This patented technology has been applied in medical, military, industrial and consumer electronics applications with startling results. DigiVision’s
split screen shows un-enhanced verus enhanced images.
